From 1:04pm (Pacific) until approximately 1:25pm (Pacific) on 10/12/2020, users may have experienced an issue where some operations timed out in the app, or new operations were unable to start. This issue has now been resolved. Users still experiencing issues should lift and then close the lid of their Glowforge, or turn the Glowforge off and back on.
